Very professional. Have been using this hotel for a few years now. Not fancy but the prices reflect that. I lost something in my room and the item was safely returned. We will be back next year!
Rooms small and run down. Staff was friendly and beds were clean ( no bugs). Curtains were torn and the comforter had cigarette burns. Hotel is not a great one but the staff and the fact that it was clean means if needed I would stay again.
Clean and reasonable...fast reliable internet, but no breakfast
I echo the negative reviews regarding cleanliness. Pictures of the rooms on their website are not representative of what you'll get. Our room at the Versatile was the worst we've have had Anywhere. No matter how cheap a rate you get here it isn't worth it.
I was driving from States and due to turnado warning I decided to stay at Versatile Inn Hotel. When I entered there was a young man at the desk very welcoming and friendly. Honestly I was bit scared coz I was travelling just by my self but I was relieved when I saw brand new cctv cameras all around the property. Wi Fi worked very good and room was decent, clean and spacious. I guess I got one of the newly renovated rooms. Kinda customer service and product quality I got, I give full marks to this Hotel. Will definetly visit again.
