This place is a dump! No working heaterDoor lock is falling apartCarpet is wet Room was not cleanService was terrible.NO WIFI! Unlike advertised We were asked to pay for the room.... then upon seeing it we wanted to leave!!!! We were told you paid no refund! Zero customer service skills!Manager/owner driver a Mercedes, maybe he should put some money into his dump of a hotel! It's unfit for cock roaches!!!!!!!!
Absolutely do not stay here....the place should be torn down.Have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this is the worst. Not fit for humans.Give this no stars.

wish i couldnt even give a star. snow coming through the door, freezing, offers wifi but doesnt work. bed bugs, drug addicts. tv is green. and they conveniently wont give you a refund
