Staff are excellent, size of rooms is good, fridge mic and basic cable, desk to do work at with comfortable chair. Electrical outlets didn't work plugs would just fall out only working ones were on the lamps. Cleanliness was mediocre at check in found coins on the floor and hair in the shower bathroom vent has never been dusted. Day to day room service cleanliness was sub par just the basics fresh towels ( which were not exactly white any longer ) and quick wipe with change of garbage, toilets not cleaned sinks not cleaned either. Hot water for shower on demand no waiting, beds comfortable enough. Cold ac. Quiet. Okay for a work trip or just over night stays definitely would not suggest for family vacations. For price work paid accommodations were appropriate. Breakfast was good served bagels muffins cereal and waffles (frozen kind) coffee orange juice and apple juice.
Good if you are lookinf for a reasonable priced hotel in Sarnia. The air conditioner did not work properly (on either of our 2 visits this far!) Restaurant is excellent!
Ideal to stay overnight safe place rooms smell weed staff is very friendly free breakfast close to the hwy and USA border.
Rooms are tired. Couch needed replaced. Fridge freezer was full of ice and frost. Continental breakfast was a farce. Coffee was disgusting. Loud kids and dogs. Front desk clerk had no idea where the closest LCBO was. I would like to think this wasn't a surprise question. Nope. Won't stay there again.
The people here went above and beyond for me. The room was clean. The location was great. Price was decent.
