The staff was very friendly. But I was 10 minutes early and I still spent almost an hour and 20 minutes there. And the medication that I needed cost me $25.00 at the Walmart pharmacy but at this walk in they make you buy the script from them and it cost me $40.00. The medication was $26.00 and then their is a $12.00 fee added onto it. I don't think I'll be returning to this walk in.
Went there because of the great reviews posted here. Service was quick, everybody was friendly, great place to go. Even filled my scripts there . Definitely recommend this walk in.
Called because I just recently moved to sarnia, and I read really good reviews from patients. I needed some stitches from an accidental cut on my leg taken out, as well as a prescription for medication I take, as I do not have a family doctor yet. I was told that i could be helped on neither accounts. I do understand that the doctor or nurse needs the patient's medical history in order to prescribe medications or to treat, but isn't it the clinic's job to gather and understand the information given by the patient and then make a judgment regarding what course of action should be taken? In this case, as soon as I called up and enquired about my issues, I was flatly told that they do not provide such services here... neither would they see me and take a look at my stitches and not would they talk to me regarding my prescription or any other alternative. I was blatantly told that I couldn't be helped.
The best staff I have ever dealt with in Sarnia. They genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond for them every time. Theyre knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable.
Great staff, friendly service. Was in and out for a walk in and a prescription in less then 30 mins. Quality place!
