The vets and staff at Rapids are absolutely wonderful and have an obvious love and respect of animals! They go above and beyond for their clients! I drive from out of town to take my dog here and would not trust anyone else with her care. She is always excited to go to Rapids, even after her spay, thats how much she loves the people that work there. I really like that they consistently provide a follow up call after visits and are always able to answer any follow up questions I might have. I have noticed a few negative reviews on this site from people who do not take their pets here which is absolutely rediculous! I think posting a review based on third hand information or hearsay is not appropriate and should be ignored.
