I have shopped many times at the Canadian Tire and I love it. The store is the perfect size and has some really helpful and friendly staff. There is often a food stand out side the front door on nice days that you absolutely have to try out. This Canadian Tire is also attached to the Lambton Mall and that is a big plus, also plenty of parking for everyone.

Old man at the front desk is rude.. Not willing to actually put in any effort to help. All I needed done was four new tires and an alignment, told us it'd be 2hours.. show up to get my car, the shop is empty, every employee on lunch at one time??? Real productive... They hadnt even started the alignment yet?! 4 and half hours later I could finally pick up my car.. After missing all my plans.. Because I planned around TWO hours, like they TOLD us.Won't be coming back here.

Omg I thought this was a tire store, WRONG! They have a little of everything. It felt like a department store that also sold tires lol. They had camping items, food, lot of things. I would go again just to have a better look around.

To does, who wants purchase new tires? Don't buy Michelin tires. It's not the same tires what was in the past. It's a joke!!! The quality is a joke and the way they handle the costumers is a joke!!! I got my Michelin Premier LTX for mi Toyota Sienna 2015 and the tire wear out after 4 months of driving and maybe 10k km. The rubber is so soft that tread looks like it's rolling down, theres chunks of rubber hanging. You can see them on the pictures. The 100 000 km warranty it's a scam. Michelin told me to go to authorize Michelin dealer I went to Canadian tire for inspection. After one hour of inspection the try to found that something was wrong in my car but everything was right, the alignment was right the suspension was OK and the only thing that they found was that my tire pressure was 38 psi and recommend pressure is 36 psi. The written down that over pressure of the tire caused this wear out even that on tire sees 45 psi max is allowed. So when i send this inspection to Michelin they of course respond to mi "We appreciate you providing this information to us. However, the report from Canadian Tire states that the uneven and rapid wear that your tires are experiencing to cause the issues you are having, are due to the tires being overinflated"

Called yesterday to see if they could install a set of 35x12.5x18 tires on my rims, said yes no problem & booked me in. Drive half an hour to go to our appointment & told itll be an hour, which is fine. Get a call half an hour later telling us it cant be done, that the installer doesnt know how to do it..um what? Express our frustration & get told that they can infact install these tires & this installer has been there for 10 years but cant figure it out, but we should come back when another more experienced tech is working. Apparently 10 years isnt enough experience. Never again will I deal with Canadian tire.
