Looking for friendly knowledgeable staff, great customer service, and people who treat animals like family, well you found it. Nathan will go above and beyond to help you with his knowledge and insight. This diamond in the ruff is worth the drive. Even when things are really busy, they will take the time to message you back about any inquiry. Unlike most big box stores that just have animals in cages until they are sold, Nathan and his son will handle, love and socialize with their animals which makes a huge difference in their happiness, behaviour and overall well-being. To me, this alone would be a reason to drive out and see for yourself. I cant wait to make the trek from Barrie on the weekend to pick up our new fur baby, knowing he will be in great hands and loved until we can get there to bring him home. People have driven from all over Ontario to go there, and I can totally see why. In a world of fast past, and quick turn arounds, its really nice to know customer service is alive and well here in Sarnia. Thanks Nathan, keep up the awesome work!
We met Nathan Saturday on our first visit to his store. He was knowledgeable and very friendly :) My son was very excited to purchase his new Chinese Water Dragon and Nathan made his experience a great one!
