Wide selection of equipment for most sports. The store carries many brands. I had ordered ski pants online and they didn't fit. I was glad there was no issues returning them in store and getting my money back. It is expensive though and staff are not super knowledgeable about products.
Absolutely despise shopping here. Have found that sales associates are either clueless, or simply don't care. Was looking at identical baseballs with two different prices. When I asked an associate why, all he could come up with was maybe some had been on the shelf longer. Really? They're not bananas! Off to Dick's I go.
Employees here are clueless. Went in to buy a pair of shoes. Picked out the ones I wanted just needed someone to grab my size but I stood there for 10 minutes before I just walked out because nobody came and helped me.
The staff are extremely helpful and awnsered any questions i had and really know what they are talking about i have never had a bad experience there and i would recommend here for everyone no matter what sports wear or equipment you need or are looking for great staff and very welcoming
Customer service is far from great, unless it's the manager. Two female staff standing in men's shoes area talking about other friends or something. Neither could stop to say hi or ask if we needed help. It was as if no customers were there. And then while leave the female at cash, just looked at us as if she had no idea what to do.
