TERRIBLE experience! Rushed the job! They told us they would prepare the walls behind our surround... they didn't. They told us they would take away the old tub... they didn't. Didn't even bring caulking to the job! Told us to do it ourselves! Seems to be a big miscommunication between workers. Didnt even fix our leak! Told us they had a look and it was fine... When I called back to get them to return because it was still leaking the woman on the phone was very rude.... very disappointing to spend my hard-earned money on such awful service... not to take away the fact they've worked hard however they worked about a nine hour shift without taking a break.... no lunch no bathroom breaks no nothing... they just seemed very frustrated at the end of the day... poorly treated workers usually don't deliver the best.

Only called a water plumber twice, once about 20 years ago, and just last week. Am I ever glad I did! They cheerfully did a really tough job in a hot humid space on a sweltering day and saved me days (at least) of lost labour and potentially (at least) a thousand bucks in materials :)
