Sarnia Location:Huge pizzas. When the server handed me the pizza, my arms dropped 6 inches from the weight of it. Lots of toppings, lots of cheese. Tangy and nicely seasoned sauce to balance it out, great tasting crust and cooked properly throughout. The wings are the best wings in the city. Big and juicy. Not soggy, nor over battered garbage like other places. I order the wings every time I get a pizza.The first time I called to place an order, a young gentlemen at the Sarnia location is so nice and polite, even asking if my name was spelled with an "s" or "z" in it which was very thoughtful. All of the servers are down to earth, friendly, have great people skills. No matter how shy you are they really make you feel at home.
I accidentally ordered from the Sarnia location instead of the usual Brights Grove location. I was told it would take 30 minutes for a cheese pizza. I got there 15 minutes late only to be told that they had not started my order yet (after I paid). I had to wait another 15 minutes. Two other larger orders came in and got their order without waiting. Instead of a "sorry" I was told it was my fault for only getting their 15 minutes prior (15 minutes after I was told it would be ready). It was obvious that no matter when I ordered my cheese pizza, they were going to start it when I got there. I will obviously be more careful when calling to make sure I get the right location. Pizza tasted fine from the Sarnia location; customer service was abysmal.
A friend brought over some pizza rolls from the brights grove location and they were perfect and delicious. so good we thought we would order some from the sarnia location. when i get them home. they are half the size of the ones from the brights grove location. and burnt. we requested garlic and parmesan on top and paid extra and they didn't taste like it..will not order from here again.
We had a great meal. Jalapeno Sticks were amazing. Restaurant was quiet but it was a Tuesday night .... we liked it.
