Do NOT bring your clothes here. I brought my suit here and when I got it back and opened it up it was all wavy and full of fuzz. Long story short another expert told me it was over-steamed and got wet. I had Moore's get most of the wrinkles out but its likely ruined now (I won't know until after I wear it and see if the waves come out). I went back to London Rd Dry Cleaners with the intention of informing them so that they know, and they don't do it again to someone else. If I screwed up I would want to know, its' my bread and butter here, right? Well you know what the clerk did next? She yelled at me. Yelled me right out of the store. She didn't apologize, She didn't offer to re-press or steam it quick for my wedding in 4 hours, no she yelled me out of the store. Also, I had them dry clean a black shirt twice and it came back with the same smudge on it both times. She didn't even offer to re-press or re-steam my suit, let alone apologize or acknowledge her (or whoever's) mistake. So now I have to go to my baby cousins wedding looking like I don't care enough about my cousin or myself to dress nicely or take my suit in for a clean. I will look like a lazy selfish bum, who isn't forward thinking enough to think ahead of time about my suit for a wedding and proactively take it to a dry cleaner a few weeks before a wedding, even though I did. My mistake was trusting that this dry cleaner did a good job and so I didn't open the bag and check it out soon enough. It looks like I crumpled it up in a ball and put it on. Thanks for nothing and all that great customer service London Rd Dry Cleaner. One last thing Dry Cleaner, all would have been forgiven if you just said sorry and not yelled at me. In the world of social media and online reviews I cannot believe how you acted to be honest. I do not intend to hurt this person's business and I would never wish to take food off someone's table, but if this person is going to act like this she will do it to herself. And if my suit is ruined, you the reader deserves to know my story before you take your clothes here because you work hard for your money too right? And you don't want to buy a new suit right?
Need a washer or have a large load to wash they have working machines.
Not bad of a place. Ive been in worse. Biggest complaint is that the washers always smell like mildew. Its gross.
