Great watch service. Batteries are installed at cost of the battery. If it can't be done (beyond their expertise) an offer to have the watch sent out for service, or returned to you at no cost.
Worst customer service I have ever expirenced. Staff is incredibly rude and not helpful. The Asian lady is so rude I am now paying another store to size my ring because I dont ever want to deal with this place again. Because of her they have lost all the sales for wedding bands and jewelry for my wedding party!
Local and friendly. Did a ball park estimate for me at no charge. Recommended a competitor for a service. Small selection on display but are a small business. They can craft virtually anything the customer would like.
