Sarnia store will lie to your face to get a sale. Do not recommend!! Many other places to buy from.
Do your research before purchasing and make sure you are aware of their warranties. Bought a mattress that was faulty (one side sags/dips and seems to be lacking support) the first night we owed it. Gave it a week before we called to complain as it was progressively getting worse. It literally felt like we were given a floor model- one side firm one side soft. We had a customer service agent come into our home to inspect it. He concluded with measurements that indeed there were issues and our allegations were right (we waited 2 weeks after our first call to get that apt). He left telling us we would be notified by phonecall of what would happen next.Days later we received the call stating that our defects didn't fall under the manufacturer's warranty for a defective mattress!We owned the mattress less than 2 weeks from first phone call! Even purchased the mattress protector to make sure we were completely covered. Apparently Teppermans is the middleman when dealing with items purchased from them. At this point we we're appalled with the fact they we're telling us- and not so nicely- that was the best they could do unless we pay another $150.00 to have it replaced or wait until the mattress gets worse (over an inch and a half difference/drop in the mattress then they will make a call again to Sealy to put in another request). We asked to speak to manager as well and this is still the outcome. So over a month, with a mattress that cost $1200+ we are completely unsatisfied and sleeping horribly. We are more than certain that it will continue to deteriorate, so we hope that this isn't over, but will never shop there again.
Its a big store. Everythings over priced and cheaply made. My mom bought all kinds of stuff from there and its all falling apart already and its only 2 years old! Other than that they have very nice staff that always ask 5 times if you need any help its good to know they make sure the customer finds all their needs in 1 stop shop.
New location looking great but my first experience wasn't reassuring. I wanted a Blu Ray player that was on sale but they only had it as "on order" 3 weeks for delivery. So I went to best buy an had one on the spot and for less. Way to go Nowa. This is why people order online. Lol
