Great arrangements! My sister received her birthday flowers promptly on the day I ordered them to be delivered.
Do not expect good customer service or for your flowers to get delivered.All you can expect with Sarnia Flower Boutique is that your loved one will not receive their special gift on valentines day, and you will have to call and then go to the store to pick up the order yourself only to be treated like it is your fault they cant do their jobs right.Very poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.Will never be a customer again.If I could put a ZERO star review i would.

I had a very special friend pass away and we were in need of extremely amazing flowers. Couldnt find what I needed locally so I went to the Sarnia Flower Boutique and they ordered in exactly what I wanted and they were here in 2 days! Then the florist Adrienne exceeded my expectations and crafted the absolute perfect arrangement. You couldnt ask for better customer service or cooler staff and super awesome little gifts and touches right down to the flower topped pens! Will use them for all of my floral needs!
